  Excellent food of a Michelin star calibre or close to. Lovely venue and excellent staff who look after you from start to finish, not just to enjoy your food but savour the whole gastronomic experience. Not cheap but excellent value when you consider what you are getting and how it is getting there. We visited for our daughter's birthday and she was made to feel as though she was being treated and very special. Highly recommended for a memorable occasion and only 5 minutes walk to the excellent station so you don't have to drive either.

  A truly exceptional restaurant. The food was absolutely stunningly presented and tasted amazing, we are from the fixed price lunch time menu in the glasshouse and were extremely impressed, not only by the food, but by the friendly service from all the front of house staff and lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be returning again!

  Really cosy but classy restaurant. We sat in the lounge with a log fire. The menu was comprehensive, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. I had an open sandwich which was actually exceptional. Good selection of cakes for dessert.
